This internship opportunity involves playing a key role in shaping and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, and actively engaging with online communities for Osumare, a top software development and digital marketing company based in Pune.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for different platforms.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars to organize postings.
- Ensure consistent and optimized posting across all social media channels.
- Produce, curate, and manage diverse content formats including posts, reels, videos, and stories.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce impactful creative materials.
- Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Interact with followers, influencers, and relevant online groups to enhance brand presence.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, updates, and best practices.
- Innovate by testing new content formats such as Reels, Stories, Live sessions, and Polls to increase audience reach and interaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be able to commit full-time in-office hours and be available to start the internship between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026. The duration is fixed at six months. Candidates should possess relevant skills and a strong interest in social media marketing.
Additional Information
The position offers a monthly stipend ranging from 10,000 to 12,000 INR. Selected interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion. The workplace promotes a relaxed dress code environment.
