About the Internship
This role involves enhancing Tapza's digital footprint through SEO and content development focused on their healthcare SaaS products. The intern will manage multiple channels including the website, blogs, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and product marketing communications to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SEO-optimized content for Tapza's product and landing pages, blogs, FAQs, help articles, and comparison charts.
- Analyze competitors' websites, social media, SEO keywords, blogs, demos, and positioning strategies for content insights.
- Perform keyword research targeting terms such as pharmacy software, hospital management solutions, EMR, patient engagement, ABDM, RCM, and healthcare automation.
- Create engaging posts for LinkedIn and other social platforms, including calendars for social media and announcements of product launches and features.
- Support AI-driven content creation by preparing clear, structured, question-based materials for search and answer engines around healthcare workflows and Tapza's products.
- Prepare content briefs to guide designers and video editors for carousels, scripts, demos, thumbnails, and captions.
- Translate technical internal materials like product documents, demos, and PRDs into customer-friendly content.
- Monitor the performance of website, SEO, and social media using analytics tools such as Google Search Console and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and product teams to deeply understand and effectively communicate Tapza’s offerings to diverse stakeholders including pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, investors, and partners.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available full-time onsite for a period of three months, starting between July 23 and August 27, 2026.
- Relevant skills and interests in marketing, digital content creation, SEO, and healthcare SaaS are required.
- Fresh graduates seeking job experience are welcome.
Preferred Qualifications and Other Requirements
- Educational background in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Management, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in SEO, blogging, LinkedIn content, website content management, social media marketing, or startup marketing is advantageous.
- Interest in healthcare or SaaS sectors preferred, clinical writing not mandatory.
- Ability to convert product and business features into simple, customer-friendly content.
- Comfortable conducting competition research and generating content ideas based on insights.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn healthcare SaaS positioning strategies.
- Applicants must provide samples of relevant writing, such as blogs, LinkedIn posts, SEO projects, or social media portfolios.

Additional Information
- Stipend ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month during the internship.
- Successful interns may receive an offer of full-time employment with an annual salary between ₹300,000 and ₹500,000.
