Responsibilities

As an intern, you will engage fully in varied roles such as greeting customers cordially, assisting and guiding them to find suitable products, and offering styling advice to enrich their shopping journey. You will work towards meeting individual and store sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling, while staying informed about ongoing promotions. Operational duties include ensuring merchandise is well-tagged, folded, and displayed according to visual merchandising standards, supporting inventory stock checks and replenishment, and helping organize backroom stock.

Additionally, tasks cover assisting in billing and handling payment transactions under supervision, maintaining cleanliness across the store floor and fitting areas, and adhering strictly to hygiene protocols. You will collaborate closely with team members and support the store manager in daily operations, actively participating in meetings, training sessions, and sales events.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Panvel, able to start between August 8, 2026, and September 12, 2026, and committed to a six-month internship duration. Candidates should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in retail sales.

Additional Information

The internship stipend is INR 15,000 per month. There are 10 openings for this role. This opportunity is designed for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals eager to build a career in fashion retail through a practical apprenticeship.
