About the Internship
Avhan Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic GTM/Sales Intern to manage initial inquiries from campaigns and website visitors. The intern will assess customer needs, conduct standard product demos of the Jodo World platform, log prospect information, and pass qualified leads to the sales department while maintaining a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound queries through chat, voice, or video communication channels.
- Greet visitors and gather information about their requirements.
- Ask essential questions to understand the visitor's business and company details.
- Perform approved standard demos of the Jodo World product.
- Communicate product advantages and typical use cases in clear, accessible language.
- Provide prospective clients with authorized brochures, videos, and other product materials.
- Record visitor data including name, organization, contact number, email, and specific needs.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team or schedule follow-up meetings accordingly.
- Maintain precise interaction notes and update the CRM/enquiry tracking systems.
- Escalate complex or out-of-scope inquiries to senior personnel.

Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken).
- Up to 2 years of experience or freshers are welcome.
- Comfortable with chat, voice calls, and basic video interactions.
- Basic computer literacy including browser usage, email handling, and spreadsheets.
- Willingness to work fixed remote shifts reliably and with discipline.
- Access to laptop/desktop with webcam, headset, consistent internet with backup options, quiet workspace, and power backup.
Compensation and Benefits
- Stipend ranges from ₹6,000 up to ₹15,001 monthly, combining fixed pay (₹5,000-5,001) plus incentives (₹1,000-10,000).
- Certification upon successful completion of the internship.
