This work-from-home internship is with a recruitment and staffing firm that delivers end-to-end hiring support across multiple industries, with particular strength in retail, luxury, and jewellery hiring. The team works remotely and blends technology-led sourcing with personalised candidate engagement to identify strong matches efficiently.
Role overview
The internship focuses on high-volume candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and CRM-based candidate tracking. The selected intern will spend the day speaking with prospective candidates, explaining opportunities clearly, and moving suitable candidates through the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects by placing 80 to 100 calls each day.
- Present job opportunities in a clear and confident manner while responding to candidate questions during calls.
- Complete all calling activities within the 11 AM to 5 PM window.
- Record calls for quality checks and training use.
- Assess candidate suitability, confirm basic eligibility, and note readiness details.
- Filter and shortlist candidates who show interest and meet the requirements.
- Arrange interviews with managers for candidates who qualify.
- Coordinate with candidates and follow up to keep the interview process on track.
- Maintain updated candidate records in TeleCRM.
- Monitor daily calling progress and keep accurate reporting logs.
Eligibility

Compensation
The stipend offered is INR 5,000 per month.
