Outreach Specialist Internship (Remote)

About the Role

B2 Consultants supports IT professionals in securing their ideal roles in Germany within six months utilizing their unique GCA system. This remote internship is designed for individuals eager to contribute to client engagement and lead management while developing skills in sales outreach.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to inbound Opt-in and Workshop leads to optimize engagement and increase conversions.
• Engage with potential customers through meaningful dialogues to grasp their needs and establish strong rapport.
• Evaluate leads using the BANT method (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) to ensure quality before arranging Discovery Calls.
• Organize and coordinate Discovery Calls with qualified leads, providing timely reminders and follow-ups to prospects.
• Rekindle interest among inactive or paused leads and steer them towards decisive actions.
• Keep CRM data accurate and current, recording lead statuses, conversations, follow-ups, and results.
• Work closely with Level 2 and Level 3 sales teams to facilitate seamless lead transfers and qualification processes.
• Monitor daily outreach efforts, share key performance indicators, and maintain transparent communication with the team.
• Spot procedural gaps and suggest enhancements to improve lead conversions and streamline operations.
• Exhibit ownership, professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric mindset throughout all interactions.

Requirements

• Must be available to work remotely throughout the internship duration.
• Should be able to commence the internship between July 17 and August 21, 2026.
• Commit to the full three-month internship period.
