Operations Executive - Customer Support Internship

About the Role

This internship offers an opportunity to serve as the main liaison for customers at Astrotalk, an online astrology consultation platform. The role involves engaging with users over phone, email, and chat to provide responsive and professional support on various topics such as relationships, career, and health.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling communications across multiple channels with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.
• Manage customer requests from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactively addressing their needs with suitable solutions.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Noida.
• Suitable candidates should be available to begin between August 10 and September 14, 2026.
• The internship duration is three months.
• Candidates should possess strong spoken and written English communication skills along with effective interpersonal abilities.

Internship Details

• Stipend ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month.
• Successful interns may receive a job offer with a potential annual salary of ₹300,000 to ₹400,000.
