This internship offers hands-on experience in the legal domain, specifically focusing on corporate, civil, and criminal law. Interns will be engaged in a variety of legal tasks including research, drafting, and supporting arbitration and litigation processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth legal research across corporate, civil, and criminal law fields.
- Contribute to drafting legal notices, agreements, memoranda, and briefs.
- Collaborate with the legal team to assist in arbitration and litigation activities.
- Review and maintain legal documents and records.
- Support compliance-related assignments and prepare cases.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship lasting two months.
- Ability to commence the internship between July 29, 2026, and September 2, 2026.
- Possession of relevant legal research and drafting skills along with strong English proficiency.
- Demonstrated legal research and analytical capabilities.
- Strong drafting and documentation skills paired with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous internship experience at a law firm or corporate legal department is favorable.
- Familiarity with legal databases and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
