About the Internship
This full-time, six-month internship opportunity is designed for candidates interested in exploring the legal domain within a reputed HR services company. The role involves extensive legal research, drafting, and documentation tasks, along with active collaboration with the legal team to support various ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed legal research on diverse topics and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Support in drafting legal instruments including contracts, agreements, and memorandums.
- Review pre-existing legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to current laws.
- Engage with clients, lawyers, and stakeholders to collect necessary information and address queries.
- Keep abreast of recent legal changes and assist in interpreting relevant statutory provisions.
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and case summaries for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the firm's legal team to contribute to various initiatives and projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for a full-time in-office internship based in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, starting between July 18 and August 22, 2026.
- Commitment to a six-month internship duration is required.
- Possess relevant legal skills and interest in the field.

Required Qualifications and Other Requirements
- Applicants should own a personal laptop.
- Must hold a completed law degree (LL.B., BA LL.B., or equivalent).
- Enrollment with the Bar Council (Sanad) is preferred to independently issue legal notices.
- Immediate availability to join is necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 10,000.
- Certification upon completion, letter of recommendation, informal dress code, and a possibility of job offer post internship.
- On successful conversion to a permanent role, expected salary ranges from INR 200,000 to INR 250,000 per annum.
