This remote internship is centered on helping a fast-growing D2C clogs brand expand its reach through local influencer partnerships, content-led promotion, and grassroots campaign execution. The brand blends comfort, style, sustainability, and culture, with AI-powered content and UGC advertising forming a major part of its growth strategy.
What you'll do
- Find and reach out to local influencers, content creators, college ambassadors, and micro-influencers.
- Develop and sustain working relationships with influencers across assigned cities or regions.
- Arrange store visits, product placements, and promotional collaborations with influencers.
- Motivate influencers to create content that features Penguin products at partner retail locations.
- Monitor influencer output, audience reach, engagement, and the effect of campaigns at store level.
- Keep an organized record of influencers, retailers, and all campaign-related activity.
- Support the planning of local events, product launches, and promotional drives.
- Gather feedback from retailers, influencers, and customers to understand market response.

Stipend and additional information
The internship offers a stipend of INR 1,001 to 1,003 per month. The pay structure includes a fixed component of INR 1,000 to 1,001 per month and an incentive component of INR 1 to 2 per month.
