About the Internship
This internship is designed for individuals eager to engage in managing inbound educational leads and assisting with international education admissions remotely. Interns will be responsible for managing inquiries received across multiple social platforms and guiding prospective students’ parents through various stages of enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound queries obtained through Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, and WhatsApp platforms.
- Initiate and conduct qualification calls with interested parents to assess their needs.
- Gather detailed information concerning the student’s curriculum, academic level, subjects, performance, concerns, and examination dates.
- Identify and qualify leads with structured questions tailored to parental requirements.
- Present the Fundoo Tutor's individual teaching approach to parents.
- Describe expertise in international curricula such as Cambridge, IB, SAT, and AP.
- Explain the tutor selection and matching process based on curriculum and subject knowledge.
- Give an overview of the academic support system structure.
- Clarify the demo class process alongside its objectives.
- Arrange demo classes for parents who meet qualification criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.
- Conduct professional follow-ups through phone and WhatsApp communication.
- Coordinate effectively with Admissions and Demo Scheduling teams.
- Escalate more complex academic or commercial inquiries to managers when needed.
- Ensure every parent’s experience from inquiry through demo class booking is seamless and professional.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to work remotely from home throughout the internship period.
- The internship start date should be between July 26, 2026, and August 30, 2026.
- Availability for a full 6-month duration is required.
- Candidates must possess relevant skills and interest in the role.
Compensation and Benefits
- Stipend range between INR 3,000 to 5,000 per month.
