Key Responsibilities
- Assess recruitment needs across various company departments.
- Source potential candidates utilizing job portals, networking referrals, and social media platforms.
- Filter resumes and conduct primary telephonic or video interviews.
- Arrange interviews with hiring teams and maintain communication with applicants.
- Keep an up-to-date hiring progress tracker and help close vacancies efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to work from home.
- Availability to start the internship between July 16, 2026, and August 20, 2026.
- Commitment to a 1-month internship duration.
- Possess the relevant skills and interests pertinent to HR tasks.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong spoken and written English communication abilities.
