This role at TrooSpot Solutions involves extensive support in the recruitment lifecycle, offering hands-on exposure to HR activities within a dynamic Mumbai-based firm. Interns will engage in candidate sourcing via various platforms including job portals and social media, resume screening to identify fitting applicants, and conducting preliminary HR screenings to evaluate candidate compatibility.
The position requires coordination with candidates and clients to arrange interviews, upkeep of candidate databases and recruitment trackers, as well as continual communication to keep stakeholders updated on hiring progress. Additionally, interns assist with drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies across platforms, and liaising with recruitment vendors and freelancers. This internship provides a comprehensive experience in day-to-day recruitment functions.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 70,000, comprising a fixed pay of INR 5,000-20,000 and an incentive pay of INR 10,000-50,000.
- Participants will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
