About the Internship
Zell Education invites enthusiastic and driven individuals to join as Human Resources interns. This position provides hands-on exposure to multiple HR functions within a dynamic, professional environment. The internship is designed to build your skills in recruitment, employee onboarding, record management, training coordination, and HR process improvement, all while enhancing your competence in written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities by posting vacancies, screening applications, and organizing interviews.
- Assist in onboarding procedures by managing documentation and conducting orientation for new hires.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure strict adherence to company HR policies.
- Facilitate the planning and delivery of employee training and development programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team through tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Participate in HR meetings and share ideas to enhance HR practices and efficiencies.
- Contribute to various HR projects and special initiatives as assigned.
Candidate Eligibility
