Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced biology-focused evaluation benchmarks, encompassing complex case studies, genome mapping challenges, and biochemical pathway analyses, all presented as textual and tabular datasets.
- Maintain reasoning chains exclusively in a non-multimodal format, scaling them to utilize extensive token context windows (up to 128,000 tokens) to rigorously test AI model memory retention and coherence.
- Design machine-readable grading schemas for each evaluation benchmark to enable automated and immediate scoring of AI outputs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to undertake this fully remote internship and commit to its duration starting between August 5, 2026, and September 9, 2026, for a total of three months.
- Only candidates with pertinent skills and interests in the domain may apply.
- This internship is ideally suited for PhD candidates, Postdoctoral researchers, or highly skilled M.Tech/M.Sc scholars in biological sciences from premier Tier-1 Indian institutions. Women re-entering their careers with matching qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- The stipend ranges from INR 7,000 to 20,000 per month, divided into a fixed portion of INR 5,000 to 10,000 and an incentive portion of INR 2,000 to 10,000 monthly.
