About the Internship

Variabl is building an AI-driven financial operating system for India’s 20M+ creators, freelancers, and solo business owners. The platform helps independent professionals send invoices, monitor earnings, manage brand collaborations, automate tax-related work, and access real-world rewards through an AI copilot designed around the way they work.

This internship is focused on shaping and sharing the brand’s voice across social and digital channels, while also contributing to broader written content and campaign execution.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute social content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Write attention-grabbing captions and short-form copy, and support the creation of posts, carousels, reels, and stories.
• Help build and maintain content calendars so campaigns, launches, and events go out on time.
• Support both long-form and short-form writing needs, including blogs, website copy, campaign messaging, and brand storytelling.
• Keep an eye on comments, direct messages, and mentions, and surface conversations that matter.
• Review content performance and assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Study trends, content formats, creators, and competitors to generate new ideas.
• Work closely with designers, writers, and video creators to turn ideas into live campaigns.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. This opportunity is open only to candidates based in Koramangala. People with relevant skills and genuine interest in the domain may apply, and women looking to start or restart their careers are also welcome.

Other Requirements

• Open to students or recent graduates from marketing, communications, media, journalism, or similar backgrounds.
• Interest in social media, content creation, storytelling, and digital culture is important.
• Strong writing ability with an understanding of tone, brand voice, and platform-specific style.
• Comfort using Canva, social media platforms, and basic scheduling tools.
• Should be organized, proactive, and eager to learn through hands-on work.
• Must enjoy trying out new ideas, formats, and narrative approaches.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 15,000.
