What you’ll do

• Create short-form video pieces using scripts or briefs shared by the team.
• Record polished, authentic videos with a smartphone.

• Revise submissions based on feedback when needed.
• Keep your communication, consistency, and video quality professional throughout the internship.
• Work with the team so the content supports the campaign goals.
• Follow current short-form and social media trends to keep videos relevant and engaging.
• Understand that pay is linked to approved videos and the volume submitted each week.

Compensation and stipend structure

The internship pays between INR 3,250 and 4,000 per week. The earnings structure includes a fixed component of ₹250 to ₹1,000 per week and an incentive component of ₹3,000 per week.
