About the internship
This internship is focused on content and social media marketing, with an emphasis on building content systems, strengthening brand messaging, and supporting multi-channel digital communication. The selected intern will help shape content strategy, maintain editorial planning, support SEO-led content work, and contribute to performance reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies across multiple platforms in line with brand goals, audience needs, and business priorities.
- Create and maintain monthly and quarterly content calendars for the website, social media, email, and other digital touchpoints.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging style across all content channels so that communication stays aligned with the intended audience.
- Use keyword research, buyer-journey mapping, and SEO principles to improve discoverability and audience engagement.
- Review existing content assets, identify content gaps, and suggest improvements that can strengthen performance.
- Coordinate closely with design and marketing teams to ensure content supports campaign goals and creative direction.
- Track industry trends, competitor communication approaches, and platform algorithm changes to keep content relevant and effective.
- Turn business briefs into structured content frameworks, messaging layers, and content pillars for internal and client use.
- Measure content KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions, then share practical recommendations based on insights.
- Ensure all content initiatives contribute toward building an intellectual property-oriented outcome.
Eligibility and candidate profile
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, ready to begin between 15 June 2026 and 20 July 2026, and able to commit for 3 months. Other requirements
- Currently pursuing or already completed an MBA in Marketing, Business Analytics, or have relevant work experience.
- Educational or professional background in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of practical experience in content strategy or managing a portfolio of 3 to 5 brands.
- Strong written communication skills in English and Marathi.
- Ability to design content calendars and editorial frameworks from the ground up.
- Good understanding of SEO best practices and content performance measurement.
- Comfort using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google AdSense, and similar platforms.
- Experience working across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks at once and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with a creative approach to content.
- Ability to prepare dashboards, reports, and content requirement documents.
