Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients by leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, as well as through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messaging.
- Generate and assess new business leads to ensure quality prospects.
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations with interested organizations.
- Perform consistent follow-ups to maintain communication with prospective clients.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients, understanding their needs and coordinating with internal teams.
- Address client queries promptly and provide supportive assistance.
- Develop long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and continued engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, CRM updates, and daily outreach activities.
- Conduct market research to uncover new client opportunities and potential business avenues.
