This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in business development within the sales domain, specifically focusing on market research, client engagement, and emerging technologies like AR/VR and AI in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed market research to identify potential real estate developers and builders, map important decision-makers, analyze real estate market trends regionally, and monitor competitor strategies and their adoption of technology.
- Develop and maintain databases of qualified prospects; initiate contact through multiple channels such as phone, email, and professional networks to generate leads, set up meetings, and arrange product demos.
- Assist in client meetings by comprehending their needs, preparing proposals and presentations, supporting product demonstrations, and contributing towards achieving sales objectives.
- Acquire knowledge about augmented and virtual reality solutions, understand workflows related to real estate visualization, participate in gathering project requirements, and engage in solution discussions.
- Explore applications of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in sales, use AI tools for research, lead qualification, communication, and gain insight into the future trends of immersive technology.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Ahmedabad.
- Internship start should be between 16th July 2026 and 20th August 2026.
- Availability for the full internship duration of 3 months is required.
- Possess relevant skills and interests in sales, business development, market research, and emerging technologies.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹10,500.
