Join Maxim Realty Advisors as a Business Development intern focused on residential real estate sales in Bangalore. This role invites you to learn in-depth about premium real estate projects offered by leading builders in the city, and play an active part in connecting potential buyers with their dream homes. As an intern, you will be responsible for qualifying customers, presenting suitable property options, and supporting the sales team by organizing site visits and maintaining a sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of real estate offerings from top builders in Bangalore.
- Assess customer needs and propose appropriate property projects.
- Manage and develop a client pipeline, coordinate site tours, and collaborate with the sales team.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
- Internship start date should be between 21st July 2026 and 25th August 2026, lasting three months in total.
- Open to women aiming to start or relaunch their career.
- Strong skills and interests related to sales, business development, and marketing.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000, consisting of a fixed amount of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 plus incentives between ₹10,000 to ₹25,000.
- Five working days per week.
- Certificate of internship completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful conclusion.
