This full-time, in-office internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in AI-powered video creation and social media marketing at Talent Corner HR Services Private Limited, a reputable HR firm with over 17 years of experience and presence in 25+ cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling visual content and realistic or animated characters utilizing AI image generation technologies such as Midjourney, DALL·E 3, Leonardo AI, and Flux.
- Craft short-form video scripts in Hindi, Gujarati, and English with engaging narrative elements.
- Produce lifelike AI-generated voice-overs with tools like ElevenLabs and Murf AI.
- Animate still images and coordinate character lip-syncing using AI animation platforms including HeyGen, Vozo AI, and Lipsync Studio.
- Edit AI-created videos employing software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, incorporating kinetic typography, automatic captions, background music, sound effects, and brand watermarks.
- Design recruitment marketing reels that highlight current hiring campaigns, employer branding stories, and sector insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop AI-driven video content that aligns with brand goals.
- Keep abreast of emerging AI video tools, industry trends, and innovative techniques to continuously enhance content quality and production efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing and design thinking methodologies.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to write humor-infused and region-specific scripts.
- Familiarity with AI video generation, AI image generation, and AI voice synthesis technologies.
- Experience or understanding of Facebook and Instagram reel trends, viral content hooks, lip-sync timing, and facial emotion matching.
- Capability to manage time efficiently and comprehend HR and recruitment content themes.
Additional Information
- Interns must be available full-time onsite in Mumbai.

- Monthly compensation ranges from INR 5,000 to 10,000.
