AI Product Engineer Internship

Internship Overview

This role offers immersive exposure to creating AI-driven products by integrating state-of-the-art language models and developing end-to-end solutions. Participants will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered features while working collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch applications enriched with AI capabilities and product innovations.
• Seamlessly incorporate various advanced large language models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama into live production systems.
• Develop intelligent AI agents, automated workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Implement and utilize RESTful APIs to enable system interoperability.
• Create front-end interfaces utilizing React.js, Angular, or equivalent technologies.
• Construct robust backend services employing Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Manage relational and vector databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Deploy applications leveraging cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP with Docker and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Engage in collective Agile team practices including coding reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and continuously update knowledge on emerging AI technological trends.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between August 7, 2026, and September 11, 2026.
• Internship duration is strictly 3 months.
• Background in Computer Science Engineering or related streams is required.
• Both fresh graduates and candidates with experience up to 2 years may apply; exceptional candidates beyond this experience range are also welcome.
• Educational qualifications include B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Tech., BCA, B.Sc., or M.Sc. or equivalent degrees.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving aptitude paired with a passion for artificial intelligence.
• Proficient skills in Python programming.
• Knowledge of generative AI methodologies, prompt engineering, and large language models.
• Experience working with Python web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Fundamental proficiency with React.js or similar front-end technologies.
• Competence in SQL and database systems management.
• Familiarity with version control using Git and GitHub.
• Basic understanding of containerization with Docker.
• Introductory knowledge of cloud services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Selection Process

1. Online assessment covering programming, fundamentals, reasoning, and aptitude; prior AI knowledge is not mandatory.
2. A 24-hour challenge to construct a functional AI agent with project submission via GitHub.
3. Video interview focused on the AI agent project.
4. Comprehensive HR and technical interviews assessing skill set and communication.
5. Final interview with the CEO.

Additional Information

Internship stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 25,000 per month. This program is designed for candidates who meet the eligibility and availability criteria stated above.
