About the internship
This part-time, work-from-home internship is with ElevantED Global, a boutique MBA admissions consulting firm. The role is focused on finding and converting prospective MBA and GMAT candidates, especially through online communities and direct outreach. It is a 3-month internship that starts immediately.
What you will do
- Track down and connect with people exploring GMAT preparation or MBA programs abroad using platforms such as GMAT Club, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant forums and communities.
- Reach out through calls, private messages, and email with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
- Assess prospects, move qualified leads through the pipeline, and transfer them to the coaching team when ready.
- Keep an eye on discussions across GMAT Club, Reddit, LinkedIn groups, and MBA forums to spot candidate pain points, school-related trends, scholarship questions, and application topics.
- Review community conversations and turn them into useful insights that help improve messaging and content strategy.
- Find high-intent opportunities, repeating questions, and active communities where engagement can be improved.
- Test different outreach styles and messages to increase response rates and lead generation.
- Help strengthen the company’s visibility in online communities by contributing in a useful and value-led way.
- Support wider growth and marketing work depending on business priorities and your strengths.

Applicants must be available for a remote internship, able to begin between 8 Jul 2026 and 12 Aug 2026, and available for the full 3-month duration. Requirements
- Strong interest in the MBA admissions and GMAT space.
- Good spoken and written communication, with the flexibility to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Comfort with outreach, networking, and speaking with new people.
- Ability to analyze online discussions, identify patterns, and draw practical conclusions.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Previous exposure to sales, community management, or the MBA/GMAT ecosystem is helpful but not required.
- A laptop is required for this work.
Compensation and additional details
The stipend is INR 10,001 to 18,000 per month. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹10,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹1 to ₹8,000 per month. There is one opening available. On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected salary is ₹250,000 to ₹480,000 per year.
