Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Management Team in providing exceptional customer service within your store.
• Lead proactively by example, encouraging success through effective communication and ongoing team development.
• Motivate and engage your in-store team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain company values.
• Maintain availability for work during late evenings and weekends as required.

Success Criteria

• Prior experience managing large retail teams effectively.
• A strong dedication to superior customer service, aiming to create memorable "MECCA-magic moments".
• Ability to confidently deliver constructive feedback to enhance team members' growth and coaching.

The first 90 days will include a trial period for those new to MECCA.
