Job Overview
The Workshop Logistics Administrator position is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, based in Carole Park, Queensland. This role is part of the service operations team supporting the Milwaukee Service Centre, focusing on maximizing workshop efficiency and acting as the primary contact point within the internal service centre. The role offers Monday to Friday working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Accepting tools dropped off by direct customers or via freight, managing both incoming and outgoing shipments
- Providing warranty claim updates to customers and retailers through phone and email communication
- Booking incoming tools into SAP - C4C system and completing required documentation
- Allocating tools according to operational workflow and coordinating spare parts with related service claims
- Performing warehouse duties such as unpacking and packing items
- Collaborating with the After-Sales support team to gather claim information and finalize repair claims
- Diagnosing and replacing batteries, chargers, radios, and similar components
- Following up on payment status for non-warranty claims with customers
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience using SAP, Salesforce, C4C, or comparable technology platforms is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and respond well under deadline pressures
- Excellent communication skills coupled with an enthusiastic personality
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
