Our platform enables users to sell any household items swiftly, akin to ordering a ride with a click. We currently support many users managing extensive inventories, sometimes comprising over 100 quality items spanning electronics, designer fashion, jewelry, appliances, sports gear, furniture, collectibles, and art.

Role Overview

As part of our growing operation, you will play a vital role in managing the seamless flow of goods from user handover to resale preparation by leveraging AI and our network of partners. This role requires close collaboration with the Founders, Operations, Resale teams, partners, and AI systems, providing a hands-on opportunity at the core of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of items including intake, quality assurance, functional testing, storage, order fulfillment, and returns.
• Collaborate closely with AI tools to evaluate, authenticate, and route items to the appropriate resale partner based on condition and readiness.
• Contribute structured feedback for training AI systems by providing insights from real-world complex cases.
• Identify areas for process improvement, recommend solutions, and assist in enhancing organizational efficiency.
• Utilize our resale operating system to direct items correctly within our sales channels and partnerships.
• Conduct research to discover and establish new resale channels and partners.
• Coordinate daily operational activities alongside our onsite logistics partner to ensure smooth workflow.

Candidate Profile

• Inherently curious and entrepreneurial with a proactive mindset.
• Interested in consumer operations encompassing goods intake, quality checks, warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, and resale strategies.
• Detail-focused with high standards and passion for quality work.
• Possesses a keen understanding of product categories including brands, designs, quality indicators, and market trends across diverse items from luxury watches to tech gadgets.
• A hands-on individual comfortable navigating the challenges of a fast-evolving startup environment.
• Regular user of AI technologies and enthusiastic about exploring AI capabilities.
• Currently enrolled in a university program and able to work onsite in our Berlin Mahlsdorf office/warehouse.
• Proficient in English; German language skills are advantageous.
