Job description
Role Overview
We seek an experienced WordPress developer responsible for designing and building visually appealing and functional websites tailored to client requirements. This role covers end-to-end WordPress development including front-end and back-end tasks, theme and plugin implementation, site integration, and security maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand website design goals and functional needs.
- Develop the visual front-end of websites ensuring engaging user experiences.
- Construct the underlying architecture of the websites to ensure stability and scalability.
- Manage back-end development including database and server integrations.
- Create custom WordPress themes and plugins to enhance site features.
- Perform testing to assess website functionality and performance.
- Identify and resolve content and technical issues across sites.
- Conduct training sessions to familiarize clients with WordPress management.
- Continuously monitor and optimize performance of live websites.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in front-end programming languages, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and proficiency in content management. Prior experience successfully delivering client projects utilizing WordPress is essential.
