About the Role
Dhanvi Designers seeks a dedicated and accountable individual to fill the role of WhatsApp Customer Support & Operations Executive. The candidate will interact primarily in Telugu and should have a working knowledge of Kannada, engaging with customers to provide excellent service. This position involves handling customer support, processing orders, packing sarees, and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp promptly.
- Provide customers with detailed product information, including photos and videos.
- Use video calling to showcase sarees as needed.
- Confirm customer orders and validate payment completion.
- Neatly pack sarees and prepare parcels for shipment.
- Ensure sarees viewed by customers either through video calls or in-person are returned correctly to their designated storage.
- Maintain organized inventory and keep the workspace tidy.
- Collaborate with courier services to manage deliveries effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in Kannada is required.
- Ability to read and type in English.
- Familiarity with smartphone use and WhatsApp functionality.
- Traits desired include honesty, organization, and customer-friendly demeanor.
- Prior experience in customer support, retail, boutique, or apparel outlets is advantageous but not essential.
