Job Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble components fabricated from aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel by following technical schematics, drawings, and job guidelines.
- Execute GTAW/TIG and GMAW/MIG welding techniques on various metal types including aluminum.
- Utilize CNC cutting machines, shears, press brakes, machining tools, and power hand instruments efficiently.
- Conduct inspections of finished items ensuring they meet quality standards, specifications, code requirements, and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve fabrication, machinery, and production challenges drawing on strong mechanical understanding.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year of welding experience within a fabrication or manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on exposure to GTAW/TIG and GMAW/MIG welding, with a preference for aluminum welding experience.
- Competency in reading and understanding technical drawings, schematics, and instructions for fabrication.
- Familiarity with fabrication apparatus, welding protocols, and workshop safety procedures.
- Mechanical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely. Welding certification or relevant vocational qualifications are advantageous.

Compensation
