Water Delivery Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Water Delivery Technician for our Service Centre located in Hemel Hempstead. This position involves providing exceptional customer service by ensuring timely delivery of bottled water, proper installation and sanitation of water coolers, and collection of equipment and bottles from various customer sites.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Carry out multi-drop deliveries of 20kg water containers to multiple customer locations.
• Sanitize and replace bottled water coolers efficiently.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver excellent service.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of the Service Centre.
• Keep accurate records of sanitization and delivery tasks using a handheld device.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full, valid driving license with no more than 6 penalty points; no points due to dangerous or careless driving.
• Have at least two years of driving experience.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Be capable of following strict delivery schedules.
