Warehouse Team Leader

About the Role

Join PCI Pharma Services in a vital position impacting global healthcare. We seek a Warehouse Team Leader at our Blanchardstown, County Dublin location, primarily for night shifts from Monday to Wednesday, 7pm to 7am. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities and operational planning to ensure smooth workflow.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge to manage stock accurately.
• Keep stock card and SAP records consistently updated.
• Schedule batches/mini bags into Clean rooms timely to comply with Expected Delivery Dates.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within warehouse premises.
• Process incoming goods promptly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and send daily operational reports to the Packaging Manager and Key Account Manager.
• Manage dispatch, picking, and returns efficiently in line with SOPs.
• Conduct training updates for all warehouse personnel regularly.
• Hold back-to-work meetings when necessary to support staff reintegration.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse equipment, escalating issues as needed and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Provide timely information access to Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Be flexible to train and work across various company depots and departments.
• Operate forklift vehicles including counterbalance, reach, and Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment competently.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed at all times.
• Support implementation of new work procedures and processes.
• Assist in documentation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Be prepared to work across multiple sites and shifts as required.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by managers or authorized personnel aligned with company objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments is essential.
• Proficient computer skills for operational reporting and data management.
