Role Summary

This position is vital to the entire studio photography workflow by producing uniform, high-quality images of products that align with brand guidelines. Responsibilities include setting up lighting and studio space, preparing merchandise for photographic shoots, conducting fundamental post-production edits, and ensuring a well-maintained, efficient studio environment. The role demands adherence to technical and aesthetic quality benchmarks while preserving high productivity to facilitate smooth product processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture product images in a studio setting that consistently reflect the brand’s visual standards.
• Assist with studio preparations such as lighting arrangement, background setup, and ghost mannequin staging.
• Carry out basic editing tasks including correcting colors, appropriately naming files, and uploading images.
• Keep the studio space organized by managing equipment, props, and maintaining overall readiness.
• Ensure all visual content meets technical specifications and stylistic requirements.
• Maintain high productivity by managing units per hour (UPH) and following first-in, first-out (FIFO) product handling workflows.
• Prepare products for shoots by steaming, lacing, stuffing, and performing other styling techniques.

Candidate Profile

• Basic understanding of photography concepts such as lighting, composition, and exposure.
• Experience using DSLR cameras.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow detailed styling instructions that meet company standards.
• Previous experience in product and studio photography.
• Proficiency in color correction and retouching utilizing software like Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
