Warehouse Operative - Mullingar

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Work flexible shifts within our 24-hour warehouse operation, following a 3-week roster to promote work-life balance.
• Pick, handle, and load a variety of food and non-food products across all categories.
• Ensure all stock is accurately received, stored, packed, and distributed, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Operate efficiently in both ambient and climate-controlled warehouse conditions.
• Execute selection tasks by picking goods onto pallets tailored to store requirements.
• Utilize voice-operated headsets to guide picking routes and tasks.
• Work towards clearly defined performance targets, knowing daily objectives and duties.

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable using manual handling equipment, including order picker forklifts.
• Possess a flexible, positive attitude and willingness to contribute.
• Preferred experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We provide a transparent, competitive pay structure that promotes equality across all job roles at Lidl. Remuneration details by years of service include:

• Year 1: Base €15.40/hr, unsocial hours (12am-7am) €19.25/hr, overtime/Sundays €23.10/hr, bank holidays €30.80/hr.
• Year 2: Base €16.20/hr, unsocial hours €20.25/hr, overtime/Sundays €24.30/hr, bank holidays €32.40/hr.
• Year 3: Base €16.90/hr, unsocial hours €21.13/hr, overtime/Sundays €25.35/hr, bank holidays €33.80/hr.
• Year 4: Base €17.90/hr, unsocial hours €22.38/hr, overtime/Sundays €26.85/hr, bank holidays €35.80/hr.
