Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and energetic Food & Beverage professionals eager to advance their careers. The role is based at Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable restaurant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all necessary food and beverage service tasks following the hotel's performance standards.
• Welcome and seat guests, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and guide guests effectively.
• Monitor continuously the quality of served food and beverages.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and handle complaints or inquiries satisfactorily.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the outlet and service equipment are upheld.
• Prepare all service materials and setups before, during, and after service (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).
• Minimize waste, breakage, and spoilage throughout service.
• Employ up-selling techniques proactively to surpass guest expectations and boost revenue.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food and beverage service, along with prior experience as a waiter or waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment. Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal and guest service skills are essential.
