Job Summary
Seeking a skilled VMC Programmer with expertise in creating CNC/VMC programs tailored to precision component machining. The candidate must coordinate effectively with production and quality teams while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop CNC/VMC programs according to engineering drawings.
- Configure machining parameters and tooling information.
- Interpret and analyze engineering drawings thoroughly.
- Enhance program efficiency to minimize machining cycle durations.
- Choose appropriate cutting tools and fixtures for tasks.
- Collaborate with production and quality departments to meet standards.
- Verify dimensional precision of machined parts consistently.
- Maintain organized records and backups of programming data.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and quality benchmarks.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages.
- Experience with machining precision components.
Compensation
The monthly salary range is from 14000 to 40000 INR.
