VMC Machine Operator

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled VMC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to meet production standards and specifications, ensuring high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and run Vertical Machining Centers precisely as per production needs.
• Analyze and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings to plan machining steps.
• Continuously monitor VMC operations to maintain precision and quality, adjusting parameters when necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to keep machines at peak efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Inspect completed parts using precision measuring tools to confirm adherence to specifications.
• Keep detailed records of production data and machine performance for quality control and reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams to enhance manufacturing workflows and solve operational problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in operating Vertical Machining Centers with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Experienced in machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure continuous operations.
• Familiarity with precision measurement instruments for quality checks.
• Strong coordination skills to work in alignment with cross-functional teams.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly remuneration between 20,000 and 35,000 INR.
