About the Role
Take charge as the essential organizer for a fast-moving US or Canadian startup executive. If you've held positions like Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar roles within startups, agencies, or remote-first companies, you understand how to deliver results autonomously. This position is fully remote and open to candidates residing in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive-level administrative tasks including calendar, email inbox, meetings, travel planning, expense tracking, and organizing events.
- Optimize operational workflows by enhancing processes, conducting data analysis, generating reports, developing SOPs, and managing documentation.
- Coordinate internal projects and foster seamless team collaboration.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in roles such as Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, Project Manager, or related positions.
- Fluency in English at C1 level, both written and verbal.
- At least one role with a tenure of 2 or more years.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion; strong interest in AI technologies.
- Self-driven and proactive in managing responsibilities without constant supervision.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $1,200 USD per month, with potential to earn up to $1,600 USD monthly.
- Salary reviews and possible increases every six months.
