About the Role
The Villa Host position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. Minor Hotels is a global hotel group managing over 530 properties under various brands across more than 50 countries, including the Middle East. As a Villa Host, your primary aim is to enhance and surpass guest satisfaction by delivering highly personalized, efficient, and anticipative service with meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility and leadership over assigned villas, ensuring excellent guest experiences.
- Supervise and guide villa operations including cleanliness and maintenance ensuring standards are upheld.
- Provide responsive and proactive assistance catering to the individual needs of each guest.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent English communication skills are essential.
- At least one year of experience in a Butler or Villa Host role is required.
- Possess a warm, outgoing personality conducive to building rapport with guests.
- Proactive and resourceful attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Strong decision-making capabilities to effectively address guest needs and villa management issues.
