About the Role
This position combines video shooting and post-production work for a startup based in Pune. The selected person will be responsible for capturing usable footage, shaping it into polished content, and delivering videos suited to digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Use cameras and related equipment to record clear, high-quality video content.
- Prepare for shoots by planning framing, audio setup, and storyboards.
- Cut and assemble footage with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
- Improve the final output through color correction and sound editing.
- Organize, store, and handle video files and raw footage efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience or strong proficiency in video editing and post-production.
- Working knowledge of cinematography and lighting fundamentals.
- Ability to tell engaging stories through video.
- Familiarity with creating content in formats optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and similar platforms.
- Exposure to drone videography and motion graphics work using After Effects.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,00,000.
