About the Role

PBMvisuals GmbH is a full-service agency delivering strategic and high-quality photo and video content for medium-sized companies in industries such as manufacturing, crafts, real estate, automotive, and more. We produce professional visual content for social media, websites, image films, and recruitment campaigns. We seek to strengthen our Video and Photo department with a Video Content Creator who helps our clients gain visibility from construction sites to corporate offices, producing everything from social reels to high-end image films across Germany. Collaboration with graphic design, web design, and content creation teams is central to this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and post-processing photo and video shoots
• Creating social media content including reels, short videos, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Producing and editing image and campaign videos
• Capturing drone footage
• Image editing and retouching using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Video editing in Premiere Pro and creating basic motion graphics in After Effects
• Independently organizing shooting days and communicating with clients
• Participating in regular project development meetings

Candidate Requirements

• Vocational training as a media designer in image and sound, photographer, or comparable practical experience
• Strong proficiency with standard camera systems (e.g., Sony, Canon, Blackmagic)
• Competent use of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects
• Driving license class B
• Structured and self-directed work approach
• Highly developed aesthetic sense and visual composition skills
• Commitment to quality and creativity
• Desirable: Drone pilot license (A1/A3)
