Role Overview

As Vice President Operations, you will own operational excellence across the company and turn strategy and vision, reflected in the OKRs, into measurable outcomes, milestones, and KPIs. You will ensure teams have the right resources and support to contribute strongly to business success. The role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Care, Operations, and the company’s OKR system.
• Take responsibility for core success metrics including EBITDA margin, cash conversion cycle, meeting-time reduction, SOP coverage, Asana adoption, and eNPS.
• Continuously improve company-wide OKRs and measurably raise completion rates each quarter.
• Manage tracking and reporting for the 3-year plan overall and by country, and ensure execution stays on course.
• Use data-driven decision-making to help scale the company from 8-figure to 9-figure revenue within 3 years.
• Introduce structured meeting and reporting routines and reduce overhead in a lasting way.

Experience and Skills

You should bring strong leadership experience at VP, Managing Director, or an equivalent level, ideally with OKR-based teams of at least 20 FTE or multiple teams. A solid background in E-commerce is required, preferably in D2C environments and within start-up, scale-up, or SME settings.

Experience in scaling organizations and materially improving operational metrics such as EBITDA or cashflow is important. You are expected to be highly structured and to have a proven record in planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong expertise in OKRs, SOPs, process optimization, and Asana implementation/adoption is essential. A clear affinity for D2C and start-up environments is a must.

Supply chain and finance are considered your core domains, and you should combine strong communication skills with hands-on experience improving processes and controlling costs.
