Vice President - Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead the enhancement and management of business functions, ensuring operational excellence and aiding the company’s strategic expansion. This senior role involves overseeing multiple departments, implementing scalable solutions, and utilizing technology and AI to boost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and carry out operational strategies that align with the organization's goals and vision.
• Oversee daily business operations to enhance productivity and overall performance.
• Work closely with executive leaders to fuel business growth and operational improvements.
• Create frameworks supporting scalable growth into international markets.
• Define and track critical performance metrics to gauge operational effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives focused on process enhancement using automation, AI, and digital technologies.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Product, and Technology divisions to ensure smooth cross-departmental operations.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Guide and mentor the operations team to cultivate high performance.
• Encourage innovation, responsibility, and ongoing process improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of growing responsibility in Operations, Business Management, or Strategic roles, including leadership experience.
• Established track record of guiding large-scale operational activities within dynamic organizational settings.
• Deep knowledge of business process improvements, operational excellence, and organizing for growth.
• Experience with AI technologies, SaaS solutions, or leading digital transformation projects is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication abilities combined with team leadership expertise.
