Role Overview

The Vice President Operations is a leadership position tasked with managing comprehensive operational activities across engineering and production within Moe Makina. This full-time, remote role requires oversight of daily operations, aligning workflows and resources with strategic goals, and guaranteeing the delivery of superior solutions that fulfill customer needs and adhere to industry benchmarks. Responsibilities include managing profit and loss performance, defining and monitoring operational KPIs, and spearheading continuous enhancements to promote efficiency, sustainability, and scalable growth. Collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams ensures streamlined processes and effective resolution of operational challenges. Additionally, this role offers strategic guidance on long-term operational planning, risk management, and adoption of best practices across the company’s global operations.

• Proven expertise in managing complex, technology-focused operations and optimizing processes.
• Strong skills in P&L management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and overseeing profitability and cost controls.
• Experience in strategic planning and executing business objectives through actionable operational plans.
• Advanced project management abilities encompassing prioritization, resource distribution, risk reduction, and coordination among functions.
• Customer-centric approach focused on establishing long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction with engineering and production outputs.
• Leadership history in senior operational roles within manufacturing, industrial engineering, or technologically driven sectors.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in data-driven strategies and continuous improvement methods.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to lead remote, cross-functional teams spanning multiple locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline; possession of an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.
