Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful project delivery by carefully planning, executing, monitoring, and completing construction projects within approved scope, budget, and timeframe.
• Maintain strict adherence to technical drawings, specifications, approved procedures, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee smooth project operation.
• Identify, manage, and resolve potential risks or challenges to maintain timely progress.
• Ensure compliance with local codes including Saudi Building Code (SBC), QA/QC standards, HSE policies, and environmental regulations.
• Support quality assurance processes such as inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Manage clear communication channels among project teams, management, clients, and contractors.
• Attend relevant meetings and provide necessary reports and deliverables.
• Engage in continuous professional development and facilitate knowledge sharing within teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant fields such as Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or Business Administration depending on the role.
• Mandatory proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Relevant prior work experience in building or infrastructure construction projects; experience length varies by position.
• All engineering candidates must hold active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Professional certifications aligned with respective disciplines (e.g., PMP, CIPS, NEBOSH, CQI, SHRM, CMA) are preferred.
• Familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience working on large commercial, residential, mixed-use, or data center projects will be an asset.
