Role Overview
The Validation Lead is responsible for providing comprehensive solutions concerning both modular and service scopes within construction projects. This position serves as a crucial link between vendor agreements and customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation through precise validation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate engineering drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and on-site conditions.
- Interpret multi-disciplinary designs including modular and non-modular kitchen workstations (KWS), furniture, civil, electrical, and plumbing layouts.
- Verify the quantities listed in the BOQ for each line item.
- Detect discrepancies in designs and identify potential execution risks.
- Spot any missing components or line items in the BOQ.
- Conclude BOQ details following resolution of design issues and thorough on-site validation.
- Deliver accurate and timely validation reports, adhering strictly to defined service-level agreements (SLA).
