Role Overview

The User Researcher will join the Experience Design (XD) team focusing on consumers—individuals searching for homes. Reporting to the Lead Product Designer – Consumers, this role combines office work in Soho (two days weekly) with remote working and occasional travel to Milton Keynes and partner events. The position involves close collaboration with product teams through all development phases, and supporting research activities involving partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate on research projects with senior design and product leadership to influence future product strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
