Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Senior Recruiters to join our team and work with our direct clients focusing on IT verticals. The position requires working during EST hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) from our Noida or Hyderabad locations.

• Handle end-to-end US recruitment processes for technical positions, managing full lifecycle recruitment.
• Engage with direct accounts/clients and manage MSP/VMS relations effectively.
• Source, screen, and coordinate with candidates and clients with proactive and self-driven approaches.
• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Stay knowledgeable on tax terms related to US staffing such as W2, C2C, and 1099, and immigration visa categories.
• Work efficiently in a dynamic recruitment environment and use quick decision-making abilities.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in US technical recruitment.
• Graduation degree is mandatory.
• Prior exposure to working with direct clients and handling US staffing on W2 is highly preferred.
• Experience with managing recruitment on direct accounts or MSP/VMS platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team coordination and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

• Work Location: Noida or Hyderabad centers.
• Shift: EST timings from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
