Role Overview
This position focuses on hiring for non-IT and pharmaceutical roles, with responsibility for identifying, screening, and placing suitable candidates across relevant openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Find potential candidates for non-IT and pharma-related vacancies through job boards, professional networking, referrals, and online outreach.
- Review profiles, assess suitability, and move qualified applicants through the recruitment process.
- Support end-to-end hiring for positions in the pharmaceutical and non-IT domains.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization, or a B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology.
