US IT Recruiter

Role Overview

SwiftHire LLC is seeking an experienced recruiter to handle US IT staffing from its Bhopal office. This position is aimed at professionals who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements in the US market.

Work Arrangement

• Onsite role based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
• Night shift aligned with US working hours.
• This opening is intended for recruiters with 2 to 4 years of experience in US IT hiring; freshers are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Find, assess, and shortlist candidates for US-based requirements across IT and non-IT roles.
• Manage active requisitions from sourcing through offer closure.
• Set up interviews, discuss compensation expectations, and maintain candidate interest throughout the hiring process.
• Keep the hiring pipeline active and ensure the ATS is accurate and up to date.

Required Experience and Skills

• Hands-on sourcing experience using US job portals such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, along with LinkedIn.
• Working knowledge of US employment classifications including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Familiarity with different US work authorization categories.
• Ability to independently manage a full recruitment desk while supporting team goals.
• Strong communication skills in English, along with a sharp, proactive, and adaptable approach.
